I was visiting my mother in Biloxi when my car began to give me trouble w rpms, I was able to call and easily talk to the dealership about my concerns - whether I should tow the car in. I found a used vehicle online located at this dealership, sent in a request and Cathy got with me right away. We were able to set up a viewing and test drive the following day. They even held the vehicle until I got there to see it in person, since I was coming from Louisiana 3.5 hours away. Great service department. Kerrie, Ben & JB. We had a rattling noise with our 2020 QX60. They kept our car and looked for the noise until they found it. Diligent. We used a loaner vehicle until ours was fixed. No noise! Great ride.

Kerri was very accommodating. As soon as I arrived at dealership she welcomed me and let me know coffee and water was available while I waited.

Kerri helped to get a same day appointment for me, regarding an urgent car issue, which required diagnosis/repair, etc. The service techs were able to timely diagnose the issues, provide timely ETA of repair and costs (extended warranty). Also, was able to timely update, regarding additional issue discovered, which was also repaired and covered by extended warranty. Kerri and Ben were able to advise me as to remainder of extended warranty and additional extended warranty policy upon end of current policy. Thanks, Kerri and Ben!

I felt like my purchase with Mr Lee was great. Service dept. Dropped the ball. Received dirty, and not fully checked out. Should not have pulled off the light, and as soon as I reach the interstate, a warning light comes on. It's not a good look on the front end.

Great, honest I left my wallet inside the truck accidentally, I didn't know how I was going to pay, I looked in truck, it was laying in visible sight on console.

The service department performed the repairs without delay and kept me informed the whole way through. They helped me with transportation to my job while they worked on my car and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Very grateful for that service.

Went in for a scheduled service. Easy drop off and pick up. Only issue that I had was that my air filter wasn't in stock so now I have to drive 2 hours on another day to get that taken care of.

It was ok until I had an issue with my check. I just felt like I wasn't helped like I should have been. Felt more like an inconvenience.

Hands down the worst customer service interaction I have ever experienced! I was prepared to make a deal and leave that night with a new car. However, because Lee lacks basic customer service skills, his rudeness and unwillingness to close a deal, forced me to make the short drive to Mobile. So glad I did! Mobile INFINITI knows how to take care of the customer! Deal was closed in under 2 hours!
